1.  Who are Affiliates?

Affiliates can be anyone who is passionate about health and wishes to inspire others to be the same.   We look forward to working with Affiliate Partners who have an active social media presence, or are reputable copyrighters & content producers, or have websites, manage social media networks or other online communities.   

2.  How does the program work?  

The first step is to join the Affiliate Program.   After you've completed this simple step, you are ready to earn commission off every qualified sale generated through your network.  When you refer a customer to us, and that customer makes a purchase with your exclusive link, we say THANK YOU by giving you a commission.  We take care of order processing, fulfillment, and customer service.  It's that easy. 

3.  How do I know I will be paid for my referral? 

This program is managed by Share-a-Sale.  When your referral follows your link to our site and places an order, Share-a-Sale credits the commission to your account. This process is automatic, and all  your referrals' purchases are properly tracked. 

4.  Is there a fee? 

No, joining is FREE.  There is never a cost for anything.  You simply promote our Truthentics™ Products on your social networks or website and we pay you a commission on paid sales that you make.  We provide you with the tools and support you need without any costs or fees.

5.  How do I qualify? 

Anyone over 18 years of age may submit an application.  We are seeking individuals who are passionate about health and wellness, and wish to inspire others to be the same.   We look also forward to working with users of our products and wish to share Truthentics with their family, friend and co-worker network, have an active social media presence, or are reputable Bloggers, or have websites, and most importantly will spread the word with integrity.  

We reserve the right to refuse membership or revoke membership if we find the applicant's sites contain or link to objectionable material such as pornography, inappropriate language or content, violence, discrimination, promotion of illegal activities, violation of intellectual property rights or laws, libelous, or defamatory or disparaging materials.

6.  Do I need experience to apply? 

No, you don't need experience to get started.  You only need a website, some type of social media presence, or an email list to promote to.     

7.  Can I use my Facebook, Twitter or YouTube community?  

Yes.  You may promote on your social media pages.  

8.  Do I take orders on my website?  

No. Truthentics™ takes care of everything.  We ensure your referrals get the most up-to-date information and ordering options available.  In addition, we use the customer's contact and billing information to offer excellent customer service.   

9.  Are the shipping costs and taxes included in the commission calculation?  

No.  Shipping costs and taxes are not included in the commission calculation.

10.  Can I promote all of Truthentics Products? 

Yes, unless otherwise noted, you may promote all products shown on Truthentics.com.

11.  Do I make a commission on my own purchases at your store? 

No, commissions are not paid on Affiliate personal purchases.   

12.  What's the difference between the Affiliate and Wholesale Partner Program?

Affiliates advertise our products to their friends, family members, social networks, etc. and provide their unique link or coupon code to their referrals to purchase from our website store.  ALL orders must be placed through our Truthentics.com shopping cart.   

Wholesale Partners purchase our products in bulk at a wholesale price and then resell the products to their patients or clients at their business location.
